This applies, for example, to the camera sensor on the new Nord 3. That is the same Sony IMX890 chip that is on the current top model OnePlus 11 5G and good for 50 megapixels. The optical image stabilization of that smartphone has also been adopted in full.
Fast charger
The power source of service is the MediaTek Dimensity 9000, the chipset that we also find in the tablet OnePlus Pad. Compared to the Nord 2T 5G, this Dimensity chip provides more than 40 percent better CPU performance and a GPU performance increase of 58.6 percent, according to the manufacturer.
For the display, OnePlus opts for a 6.74-inch Super Fluid AMOLED display that supports refresh rates of up to 120Hz. Other specifications of the Android device are a 5,000 mAh battery and – neatly included – an 80W fast charger, dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance.
The OnePlus Nord 3 5G will be available from July 12 in Misty Green and Tempest Gray colorways. The entry-level version with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage memory costs 449 euros. The higher model (16GB/256GB) has a target price of 549, but will be available until July 31 for 499 euros. You can pre-order from today.
