All Bentley employees who express a desire to resign on a voluntary basis will be offered compensation in accordance with their qualifications, age and length of service. In addition, the company undertakes to pay career guidance courses to former employees. Hallmark also noted that the coronavirus infection pandemic is not the main reason for the downsizing, but these events have accelerated the decision.
