Wildlife Warning Reflectors Donated for Road Safety at Sickte

The Braunschweig public insurance company reports on a donation for road safety in the Wolfenbüttel district. Melanie Klötzer, Head of the Public Office in Sickte, handed over the reflectors to hunting tenant Ulrich Reitmann and his daughter, the hunter Josefine Reitmann, so that they can now be attached. “There are always collisions, especially on the country roads around Sickte Wildwechsel“, says Ulrich Reitmann. “Many thanks to the public for the donation, with which we can make the route a little safer in the future.”

“Deer accidents are massively underestimated”

Nevertheless, Reitmann advises caution and anticipatory driving: “Accidents in wildlife are still massively underestimated.
