Genoa footballer Manolo Portanova was sentenced to 6 years in prison. The young man, 22 years old, had ended up on trial with the accusation of gang sexual assault. Today, 6 December, the court of Siena issued the sentence at the end of the abbreviated procedure, requested by Portanova’s lawyer, Gabriele Bordoni. And he sentenced the footballer, jointly with another defendant, to pay compensation of 100,000 to the girl, 20,000 to her mother and 10,000 to the Donna civil party association.
