Exclusive translation: A British fisherman has managed to catch the world’s largest goldfish in a lake in France.
The huge goldfish weighed 67 pounds 4 ounces, according to the British Daily Mail.
The fish is a hybrid, believed to be over 20 years old, and has proven to be an elusive fish for fishing in recent years.
Fisherman Hackett spent 25 minutes trying to catch the fish, which was swinging him left and right.
“I always knew this fish was out there, but I never thought I’d catch it,” Hackett said.
