KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. The veil on who is the strategic investor who will carry out the capital increase without right of first refusal (PMTHMETD) aka private placement PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI), was finally exposed.
A document obtained by KONTAN on Thursday (6/10) stated that Anthoni Salim was behind the plan to issue 200 billion new shares of BUMI. This jumbo action will cause a dilution effect of up to 58.8%.
