In the documents, that The New York Times had access, further details emerge about the dramatic escape in 2016, which led to the divorce between the two.
It was previously mentioned how Pitt would pour beer on Jolie aboard the plane, grabbed her head and shook her.
In the new documents The New York Times points out, it now emerges that Pitt should have been violent towards children as well – in addition to Jolie.
“Pitt choked on one of the children and punched another in the face,” the document states.
Furthermore, it is argued that it was not only Jolie who was completely consumed by alcohol. The 58-year-old will also have “full beer and wine for the kids”.
Once their plane landed, Jolie told Pitt she was taking the kids to a hotel. She is said to have then shouted that “no one is leaving the plane”, thus preventing the family from disembarking for about 20 minutes.
US federal authorities, responsible for the flight incidents, investigated the incident but refused to file a complaint. A few days after the flight, Jolie filed for divorce.
