The news about the restrictions on the movement of conscripts made a lot of noise on the network. Therefore, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine gave an additional explanation.
To travel outside the regions, those liable for military service must obtain permission from the territorial recruitment and social support center.
This was announced by the representative of the Main Directorate of Personnel of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel Oleksandr Khlis on the air of the national telethon.
“If it is within the region, it is not necessary. If it is within the city of Kyiv and the Kyiv region, it is also not necessary. If a person travels outside the region, he must come to the head of the TCC, clarify his data and obtain such permission,” the officer noted.
In addition, he recalled that the relevant norms of Ukrainian legislation have been in force for a long time, and in connection with the return of a large number of men to their homes, there was a need to update the credentials of those liable for military service in order to understand the possibilities of the mobilization resource.
Earlier, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhny said that those liable for military service who plan to travel outside their districts and regions during wartime must get permission in regional recruiting centers.
