The obligation starts from 1 July
On the same day, April 13, in which the European Union paid Italy the first installment of 21 billion euros for the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (last August we received the advance of 24.9 billion ), the Council of Ministers approved the decree law to strengthen the implementation of the same Pnrr. Inside there are also some fiscal measures, including that relating to the electronic invoice which, after the go-ahead at the end of 2021 by the EU, is preparing to become mandatory also for VAT numbers on a flat-rate basis. We start on July 1st, but not all of them. In fact, the rule has been weakened with respect to what was initially envisaged, that is the compulsory electronic invoice for all VAT numbers subject to the flat tax. So let’s see what the draft currently foresees.
