Golfer Scottie Scheffler has won the Augusta Masters tournament for the first time in his career. The 25-year-old world number one played a good round of 71 on the par 72 course on Sunday and thus easily defended his lead over the competition. Northern Ireland’s Rory McIlroy managed a superb round of 64 on the final day at the famous Magnolia Lane, but still ended up three shots behind Scheffler.
