The Honored Artist of Ukraine, who represented our country at Eurovision in 2009, nevertheless rehabilitated herself and spoke out, risking losing the opportunity to perform and work in Russia. Moreover, the performer organized assistance to refugees, helping mothers with children find housing, receive humanitarian assistance and maintenance.
For her actions, the creators of the TheyLoveWar platform decided to remove Svetlana Loboda from the “black list”, noting her efforts.
“We consider it our best result that some of those published admitted their mistake, decided on their own position and began to tell the truth about Russia’s attack on Ukraine. After that, several people were removed from the black list. For example, Loboda, who from the first days began not only to speak about the war in social networks, but also to actively conduct volunteer activities,” the statement said.
Meanwhile, another Ukrainian performer, Ani Lorak, unlike her ex-husband, never spoke about the war in our country.
