The Latvian National Cultural Center (LNKC), after hearing the views of the leaders of the Song and Dance Festival movement, state and county chief conductors and leaders, amateur collective leaders and municipal cultural workers, calls for a gradual increase in the number of artistic group members from March 1. collective.
