Two of the “big five” countries – Italy and France – will also vote in the first semifinal.

It has already been reported that the Latvian representative for “Eurovision” will be selected on February 12 in the “Supernova” competition.

The jury set up by LTV has selected 16 participants for the semi-finals, the seventeenth was determined by the audience and listeners in the Internet vote. The semi-finals will be attended by: Aminata, Beatrice Heisler, “Bermuda Triangle”, “Bujan”, “Other Boys”, Elīna Gluzunova, “Inspo”, KATŌ, Linda Rušeniece, Markus Riva, “We Love You”, Miks Dukurs, Miks Galvanovskis, Patriks Peterson, RAUM, The Coco’nuts and Zelma.
