Gandia maintains the curfew and Oliva, Tavernes and Xeraco get rid of the restriction | Radio Gandia | Today for Today Gandía

Justice has given the green light to the proposal of the Generalitat Valenciana to maintain the curfew for three more weeks, as of Monday, in the municipalities with the highest risk of contagion and with a high incidence of coronavirus.

There will be 68 municipalities affected by restriction of nocturnal mobility from 1 to 6 in the morning, among the ones who Gandia is included, that does not get rid of the measure as Oliva, Tavernes and Xeraco do, which as of August 17 will have free movement of people. In addition, justice also supports the limitation to a maximum of 10 people in social and family gatherings.

Both the Prosecutor’s Office and the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community have given the green light to the proposal of affected municipalities presented by the Generalitat Valenciana and that It will be assessed tomorrow at the meeting of the Interdepartmental Table for the evolution of the pandemic.

The restrictions will last until September 6. A measure that can affect the celebration of the Fallas from September 1 to 5, in cities like Gandia or Valencia.
