The caption to the video indicates that on June 18, 21 cars were destroyed in the cities of Manila and Cagayan de Oro.

According to media reports, the initiator of the action was the President of the Philippines, Rodrigo Duterte. Previously, illegally imported cars were sold at auctions, but it soon became known that they were bought mainly by representatives of criminals. In this regard, the authorities have banned such events.
