Chef José Andrés will open new restaurants in New York and Chicago, after more than a year of pandemic in which the Spanish chef has deployed his NGO World Central Kitchen to help with different food crises in several countries.
The chef will export two food concepts that he develops at The Bazaar restaurant, which already has two establishments in Miami (Florida) and Las Vegas (Nevada), and at Zaytinya, which has a dining room in Washington.
