After a veritable avalanche of rumors, we now know it from a certain source: the “battle royale” mode of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, entitled Warzone, will be available for free from Tuesday 10 March.

Concretely, the players of Modern Warfare will be able to try Warzone first from 11am tomorrow, while the “independent” version of the multiplayer component will be online from 3pm.

Thus, up to 150 players can cross swords in teams of three in the fictional town of Verdansk through two game modes, the classic Battle royale and Plunder, where participants will have to raise money by defeating their opponents and performing various missions.
