With the newly introduced anti-epidemic system PES, according to which the Czech Republic is currently at the worst fifth level of risk, the Minister of Health Jan Blatný (for YES) also indicated a possible date for the first release. This would imaginarily “step to the left” in the table of measures.
–
According to the minister, the transition to a lower, fourth degree could come next week on Monday, ie in nine days, including today. This is despite the fact that the Czech Republic currently has a score of 70 in the Risk Index (ie a value corresponding to the fourth degree). According to Jan Blatný, however, it is necessary to maintain a lower risk rating for the transition to a lower level for at least a week, and then it will take several days for the government to take more lenient measures.

From 23 November, there could be some loosening according to the newly published table, which “links” the measures with a degree of risk. In particular, there are four important points concerning education, gathering and restraint:
–
1. Up to six persons will be able to assemble in the fourth stage. Even in amateur sports. In the current highest degree, there are only two people.
–
2. At the same time, the number of people at weddings, funerals and services will increase to 20 people.
–
3. The curfew should apply from 11 pm, currently it is 9 pm.
–
4. The fourth level is mainly associated with the return of the youngest children to schools – in the first stage of primary schools and special schools. Pupils in the second grade would take turns in full-time rotations after weeks. However, students from both high schools and universities should continue to learn remotely.
–
Furthermore, in the fourth stage, there is also a slight easing of cultural events. “No spectators. Organizational and regime restrictions of those present at the examinations, “says in the PES table, while in the fifth degree, actions are completely prohibited.

However, restaurants will still have to operate in the mode of only dispensing windows, as well as in shopping centers, the sale of only basic necessities is allowed. Veils will also have to be worn indoors and in selected outdoor areas.
