Those who got up early today saw some low clouds and stubborn fog banks in the morning hours. By afternoon it clears up and it becomes mostly sunny. The maximums go to 8 to 12 degrees. Next night it will remain clear, with low clouds or fog banks. In the High Ardennes there is even a slight frost, in the north of the country the mercury still reaches 4 degrees.
After a cold start on Friday, with some local fog again, it will be sunny and slightly warmer, at maximums between 9 and 13 degrees. During the day the wind picks up moderately, in the Ardennes gusts of up to 50 km per hour are possible.
Temperatures are increasing: on Saturday it will be dry and often sunny with high veil clouds at the end of the day. With a maximum of 12 to 16 degrees it becomes very mild for the time of the year. On Sunday we can expect the same mild temperatures, up to 16 degrees, but then we have to add some clouds and light rain.
The second week of the extended autumn holiday would start dry, with maximums around 15 degrees. Also on Monday, wide clearings and cloud fields alternate.
