Vienna – The ban on parties with more than six people in cellars, garages, barns, workshops, barns and the like, which is regulated in state-specific regulations, is viewed critically by experts. The Viennese lawyer Florian Horn considers the ordinances to be illegal. Constitutional lawyer Bernd-Christian Funk also regards these bans as “not permissible”. The Linz constitutional law professor Andreas Janko, however, sees it covered by the legal situation.
