While an impeachment proceeding against a judge allegedly involved in Judicial Nongdan is expected to be initiated today (1st), the Democratic Party has pointed out that the reasons for impeachment are sufficient, but they are concerned that it will receive majority approval.
On the other hand, the power of the people launched an offensive that they tried to scare the judges by impeaching them with no real interest.

An impeachment prosecution is proposed today (1st) against Judge Im Seong-geun, head of the Busan High Court, who is suspected of being involved in the judicial nongdan.
It is reported that more than 150 members of the current Democratic Party, the Open Democratic Party, and the Justice Party, which are currently the majority of the current members of the Democratic Party, have participated.
The Democratic Party explained that it pointed out unconstitutional acts such as intervening in the trial in the decision of Deputy Chief Judge Lim, and emphasized that it is a violation of the Constitution at the National Judges’ Delegation.
He said the impeachment made it a problem for high-ranking judges to intervene in the first-line trial, and eventually wanted to strengthen the independence of judges.

In the midst of this, the power of the people strongly criticized the Democratic Party for fearing judges, saying that it was not profitable to impeach a judge who would soon leave the court.
