Alpensia is the core facility of the PyeongChang Olympics and the stadium is concentrated.
It was a tourist facility led by Gangwon-do and was the No. 1 contributor to hosting the Olympics.
However, it costs over 1.6 trillion won and is still a debt mass of over 40 million won per day.
Such Alpensia is undergoing a private sale process.
As a result of confirming the status of several companies intending to buy and the willingness to acquire, multiple companies participated.
Except for Olympic sports facilities such as ski jump stations, all sites and resorts with over 4 million square meters are eligible for sale.
The same goes for membership and public golf courses, ski resorts and water facilities, and related stocks.
The estimated sales amount is 80% of the assessed value, which is about 800 billion won to pay off all bank debts.
