In Korea’s only PGA Tour, the CJ Cup, Kyung-Hoon Lee took third place.
Even though they skipped the championship, the Korean sensation that blew into the PGA Tour continued.

Kyung-Hoon Lee, who started the last round with a draw for second place by a shot, started chasing at halftime.
When leader McIlroy staggered to be banished on the 8th hole, Kyung-hoon Lee birdie 9 meters on the 9th hole and recovered by one stroke.
However, it was disappointing that the tee shot was shaken at the 12th hole par 5 where the birdie was added and it was just par.
Kyung-Hoon Lee added a birdie on the remaining hole, but finished the tournament in 3rd place in the 15-under par final.
This is the best performance ever achieved by a player in this competition.

McIlroy made a series of birdies for three consecutive holes from the 14th hole, defending his title with a total of 17 under par and winning his 23rd PGA Tour trophy.
With a prize pool of 2.7 billion won, he returned to the top of the world rankings after two years and three months.

Kim Joo-hyung, who received a lot of attention by winning two wins at the age of 20, finished 11th with a total of 10 under par.
