In the midst of this, half of the prisoners who were confirmed at the Eastern Detention Center in Seoul and transferred to Cheongsong Prison in Gyeongsangbuk-do were negatively judged, causing controversy.

596 new confirmed cases were counted by the quarantine authorities and local governments from 0:00 to 9:00 pm yesterday!
Compared to the same time zone the day before when there were 870 new confirmed cases, there are about 180 fewer.
As a result, the number of confirmed cases will increase until midnight, the deadline for counting, but it is expected to be significantly below 1,000.
However, it is too early to be relieved with infections large and small in various parts of the community.
Seven people, including nurses and patients, were confirmed at a hospital in Ansan, Gyeonggi-do, and a daycare teacher in Jeju was confirmed.

In the meantime, it was found that about half of the prisoners who were confirmed for Corona 19 at the Eastern Detention Center in Seoul and transferred to Cheongsong Prison in Gyeongsangbuk-do were negative.
The Ministry of Justice said on the 28th of last month that as a result of re-examination of 341 confirmed patients who were transferred to the Cheongsong prison, 155, or 45.5%, were negatively determined.
The results were reversed 10 days after being transferred to those who were all classified as asymptomatic and mild.
An official from the Ministry of Justice said, “It is not known whether it was negative from the beginning or whether it was naturally healed after confirmation.”
Experts explain that it is asymptomatic and heals without treatment, but many people’s results are reversed in a short period of time, leading to possible test errors.
