Until now, people entering Korea from China had to be tested for Corona 19 after entering the country, but this will be resolved. How soon will it be unlocked?

Since January 2nd of this year, quarantine measures for entrants from China have been strengthened, so it’s been two months.

There are two major measures to be taken this time.

First of all, immigrants from China had to undergo a PCR test when entering Korea, but this obligation has been removed.

Flights from China were restricted to arriving only at Incheon Airport, but this will also be lifted.

As the flight limit was also lifted earlier, the number of flights from China, which was limited to 62 per week, is expected to increase gradually from next month to 100 per week.

However, it was decided to extend the mandatory pre-entry inspection and Q-code input until the 10th of next month, but these measures are expected to be gradually eased as the Corona 19 situation in China improves.

On the 11th, the government lifted restrictions on short-term visa issuance, and on the 17th, it lifted restrictions on increased flights and gradually lifted quarantine measures for inbound travelers from China.

Today, there are about 18,000 new patients with Corona 19.

As of Tuesday, this is the lowest figure in 35 weeks since June 28 last year.

Severe patients have been recording 100 people for 9 consecutive days, and 16 people died yesterday.
