Spokesman Jen Saki explained in the briefing that the president’s view is that North Korea’s nuclear and missiles pose a threat to world peace and security.
He said that the deterrence of North Korean nuclear weapons remains of great concern and will establish a new strategy on the North Korean nuclear issue for the safety of the United States and its allies.
