Following an agreement between Russia and Belarus to form an allied force, the first Russian troops arrived in Belarus.
It appears to be President Putin’s plan to turn the tables on the war in Ukraine.

On the 14th, Belarus declared a system of counter-terrorism operations on the grounds that it would face threats from neighboring countries.
It is an interpretation of “building a cause” to participate in the Ukrainian war.
At the beginning of the 10th, the two countries decided to form an allied force.
As a result, more than 1,000 Russian soldiers will be deployed in Belarus.

The Belarusian Ministry of Defense said that the Russian army’s mission will be limited to border defense.
However, Ukraine is strongly against it, including calling for the deployment of international surveillance teams at the border.

Belarusian participation in the war is believed to be President Putin’s ploy to turn the tables.
