The 27th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change is taking place in Egypt in the Middle East.
The voices of environmental activists are growing louder than ever as attention is paid to the possibility of reaching an effective agreement to prevent the earth’s extreme climate change.

The attack on an art museum by environmental activists that garnered global attention this year has become a classic.
Their baptism of soup and paint has now become countless, including masterpieces by Van Gogh and Monet, the Bank of England, the central bank of England, and Aston Martin, an automobile manufacturer.
Recently, the venue of the event has changed and the number of participants has increased significantly.
About 100 members of two environmental groups, Greenpeace and ‘Extinction Resistance’, have occupied Schiphol airport in the Netherlands, underlining the reckless use of aircraft.
They have called for Schiphol Airport to emit 12 million tons of carbon dioxide a year and reduce the use of airplanes.
Climate activists are calling for governments around the world to take immediate action to reduce carbon emissions as extreme weather events are severe.

German Chancellor Scholz has called for a change of direction, saying excessive protests by environmental activists cause irritation and resentment rather than interest in climate change.
