The cumulative death toll of Corona 19 in the UK has exceeded 100,000.

The European Union has decided not to accept travelers from Japan because of the spread of the coronavirus, so only seven countries, including Korea, remain on the white list that can travel to the EU.

On the 26th local time, the cumulative death toll of Corona 19 in the UK exceeded 100,000.

The United Kingdom is the fifth country in the world with more than 100,000 COVID-19 deaths, after the United States, Brazil, India and Mexico.

Dr. Chris Whitty, the UK government’s chief medical officer, said he was cautious about forecasting with specific numbers, but he feared that an increase in casualties would be inevitable for the time being.

British Prime Minister Johnson has so far expressed full responsibility for the government’s response and has pledged to’all-out quarantine’.

In the meantime, the European Union EU plans to further exclude Japan from the list of countries that can visit the EU, local officials said.

It is reported that the EU has removed most countries, including the United States and Japan, from the list by updating the’white list’ that travelers can visit.

This seems to be a measure taking into account the recent trend of the spread of Corona 19 in Japan.

Therefore, only 7 countries remain on the EU’s’white list’, including Korea, China, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand and Rwanda.
