All related indicators are in decline due to the decline in the real estate market and the consequent increases in interest rates.
Negative not only the number of subscribers to the books in subscription and land transactions, but also the number of donations.

As the house price fell, the subscription fever cooled and the number of subscribers with subscription accounts also dropped significantly.
The number of subscribers in September fell by 4,700 from the previous month and is the third consecutive month of decline after falling by 18,000 in July.

Land transactions, a measure of the state of real estate development activity, also plummeted.
From July to September this year, the volume of land transactions nationwide was approximately 479,000 lots, down 39% from the same period last year.

Donations also fell.
The number of apartment donations nationwide decreased from 4,700 in September last year to 2,700 in September this year.
Apartment donations in Seoul also dropped dramatically from 440 in September last year to 190 in September this year.

Experts believe that the current situation will continue until the rate hike – the biggest variable in the current real estate market – stops.
