Financial Commissioner Eun Seong-soo has expressed his will to allow those who can take responsibility as professional investors regarding the controversial short selling system.
It also revealed that it is preparing a plan for a soft landing of a large-scale financial aid program due to the Corona 19 incident this year.

Finance Commissioner Eun Seong-soo said that, as there are qualified investors in private equity funds, it is a compromise to allow and widen those who can take responsibility as professional investors regarding the improvement of the short selling system.
Chairman Eun said at a non-face-to-face meeting with the entry and exit reporters. Personally, he said that individual investors would not want to go to the short selling market, but that he would listen to various opinions.
Short selling is an investment technique in which stocks are sold by borrowing when the stock price is expected to decline, and then when the stock price goes down, it is an investment technique in which the stock is bought and paid off.
Chairman Eun said that he will review the soft landing plan of the financial support program that was unfolded in the course of responding to Corona 19 as a key task for next year, starting next month.
Although large-scale financial support was inevitable for small business owners, etc., it would lead to insolvency in the financial sector in the future.
In order to overcome the Corona 19 crisis, the first task of next year was smooth financial support for vulnerable areas, expanded financial risk management in the process, and a soft landing of expanded financial policies.
It has also announced that it will closely deal with household debt and real estate prices, which have emerged as the biggest issues this year.
