Apartment prices in Seoul have shown the biggest drop for eight weeks in a row.
According to this week’s statistics released by the Korea Real Estate Agency, the price of apartments in Seoul fell 0.74%, higher than last week’s 0.72%.
Domestic apartment prices also fell 0.76%, extending the decline from last week’s 0.73% – the biggest drop on record for 15 consecutive weeks.
The national rental price of apartments decreased by 0.92%.
