It was announced on the 22nd that it received the National Assembly Speaker’s Award in recognition of its contribution to the development of the clinical trial field at the National Assembly Achievement Awards Ceremony in the Science and Technology Field.

Every year since 2011, the Research Council has recognized as meritorious people ▲persons who have made outstanding achievements in the development of Korea’s science and technology policy ▲persons who have been recognized for outstanding achievements in research or utilization of results in the field of applied science ▲persons who have been recognized for outstanding contributions to legislative support activities in the field of science and technology. We have been discovering and awarding awards to the Speaker of the National Assembly and the Chairmen of science and technology-related standing committees.

Lee Young-jak, CEO of LSK Global PS, has been recognized for his contribution to the growth of the domestic clinical trial field and the globalization of new drug development as a leader and leader in the domestic clinical trial industry. CEO Lee has been active in various fields for the development of the domestic clinical trial industry and the global expansion of domestic pharmaceutical companies, and has led the introduction and implementation of global standard systems, especially in the areas of clinical trial operation, data management, and statistics.

In his acceptance speech, CEO Lee Young-jak said, “The trust of the pharmaceutical and bio industry, which entrusted us with important new drug development work that sometimes involved death, was an important nutrient for the growth of LSK Global PS. We would like to express our infinite gratitude to the many pharmaceutical and bio companies, Korea New Drug Development Research Association, and Korea Science and Technology Policy Research Association for their continued trust and support. “I would like to share this honor with the current and former executives and employees who created LSK Global PS and contributed to the development of clinical trials in our country,” he said.

LSK Global PS is a CRO established in 2000 and is involved in all areas related to clinical trials, including phase 1 to 4 clinical trials, researcher-led clinical trials, and post-marketing surveillance (PMS) in various treatment areas including cancer, nervous system, and cardiovascular system. We provide integrated services. LSK Global PS has conducted more than 1,500 clinical trials, including 164 global clinical trials (as of March 2023), and recently performed clinical trial data management for Yuhan Corporation’s new anticancer drug ‘Lecraza’, It served as a key partner in expanding approval for tea treatments.

In addition, LSK Global PS is making efforts to foster domestic clinical trial experts by establishing a separate training center and sharing its experience and know-how as a leading CRO with industry practitioners.
