Fatal incident: “Law & Order” staff shot dead on set in New York

– Bloody crime in New York: At a film location for the well-known US TV series “Law & Order”, an employee associated with the production was shot dead.

The 31-year-old was attacked by a stranger early Tuesday morning while he was in a car parking a parking space in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn, police said.

The perpetrator opened the door and opened fire – a rather thin and small man in a hoodie then ran away from the crime scene. In the series “Law & Order” homicide detectives solve homicides.

The background to the crime initially remained unclear. Due to lax gun laws, among other things, there are many deaths and injuries from firearms in the USA. Gun crime has also recently increased in the US east coast metropolis of New York. A lot of filming takes place in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn due to the TV studios located there. Some residents are also upset because of the tense parking situation.
