Ubisoft has released a cinematic trailer for the ninth year of support for the shooter Rainbow Six Siege. In it, as well as an additional story video, the developers showed the next operative who will appear in the shooter. Videos published on YouTube.
The new operative will be Deimos, the main antagonist in the game’s plot, who was first introduced in early 2023. In the second animated video, it is revealed that the hero’s actual name is Gerald Morris – he was one of the key characters in the very first part of the Rainbow Six video games, which was released in 1998.
The full presentation of Deimos’ weapons and gadgets will take place on February 26 during the final day of the Six Invitational 2024. The tournament takes place from February 13 in Brazil. 20 teams are competing for $3 million. The competition champion will receive a million dollars.
