British singer Ed Sheeran is one of the most popular artists of the 21st century and that comes with a price tag. Last year alone, the singer paid himself 21.35 million pounds, or 25 million euros. His own company announced this on Thursday.

In 2019 he paid himself ‘only’ £10 million in dividend payments from his company Ed Sheeran Limited, this amount will more than double this year. In the past three years, the Shape of You singer is said to have earned a whopping 112.4 million pounds. Sheeran also runs a company that manages his tour revenues, which are said to have raised more than £180 million in the past two years.
But in addition to big profits, the singer would also have some costs. The Daily Mail knows that, which was able to take a closer look at some of its accounts. For example, there would be numerous proceedings against Sheeran’s company. It is not immediately clear how much money is involved. Like many, Sheeran was also affected by the corona pandemic. For example, his pub and restaurant in Nothing Hill had to close for several months.
