Egyptian international Mohamed Salah, the Liverpool star, was alone with a new record during his career with the Reds in the Premier League.
And the official Liverpool accounts on social media published a statistic that showed the best goal rate among the Reds players in the history of Premier League, who participated in 50 or more matches with the team.
Mohamed Salah tops the list, as he has the best goals per match rate among Reds players in history in the English Premier League (0.695 goals per match).
The 28-year-old scored 82 goals in 118 matches he played for Liverpool in Premier League over four seasons, since joining the Reds from Roma in the 2017/2018 season.
The statistic was limited to players who participated in 50 or more matches for Liverpool.
The list is as follows:
1- Mohamed Salah (0.695 goals per match) scored 82 goals in 118 games.
2- Fernando Torres (0.637 goals per match), scored 56 goals in 102 matches.
3- Luis Suarez (0.627 goals per match), he scored 118 goals in 216 matches.
4- Michael Owen (0.546 goals per match) scored 118 goals in 2016 games.
5- Sadio Mane (0.489 goals per match), scored 67 goals in 137 matches.
