While no official discussions have been confirmed, analysts suggest Trump’s visit and past willingness to engage directly with Kim could pave the way for renewed negotiations.
The possibility of talks comes as North Korea continues to develop its nuclear arsenal, and amid differing views on how to approach the isolated nation.Some advocate for a thorough denuclearization agreement, while others suggest a more limited approach focused on freezing specific programs in exchange for sanctions relief.
