Agent 47 Faces a Unique Target: Slim Shady in New HITMAN World of Assassination Mission
COPENHAGEN, Denmark – November 21, 2023 – IO Interactive is delivering a distinctive challenge to HITMAN World of Assassination players this December with the free “Eminem vs. Slim Shady” Elusive Target mission, available from December 1st to 31st. The mission plunges Agent 47 into a surreal world co-created with acclaimed rapper Eminem and his manager, Paul Rosenberg, tasking players with eliminating Eminem’s alter ego, Slim Shady.
The mission environments draw heavily from Eminem’s iconic discography and include a fully realized recording studio and the unsettling Popsomp Hills Asylum.Players can expect a unique and challenging experience steeped in references to the artist’s career.
Beyond the headline mission, the December update introduces a suite of new content, including fresh contracts, challenges, and recurring events. Players can also unlock rewards via Twitch Drops, such as the Solstice suit and the Bomb-Ass Dynamite.
HITMAN World of Assassination will also launch on the ROG Ally X and ROG Ally handheld gaming devices on December 1st, featuring Xbox Play Anywhere support, allowing seamless progress synchronization between Xbox consoles and PC.
HITMAN World of Assassination is currently available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC, and iOS. The game also supports PlayStation VR2 and cloud streaming.
