Avon High School has ascended⁢ to the No. 1 ranking in the USA Today Network Ohio super 25 football ⁢poll, released Monday. The Eagles garnered 442 total⁣ points and four first-place votes, narrowly edging out Elder, which‌ sits at No. 2 ⁣with 424 points and a leading seven first-place votes. This ranking reflects the current landscape of Ohio high school football and sets the stage ‍for a competitive finish to the ​season.

The Super 25, compiled by the Canton Repository sports department, ⁤provides a comprehensive look at the top teams across the state.
