Cupertino, CA – september 10, 2025 – Apple today unveiled its highly anticipated iPhone 17 Series and the revolutionary iPhone Air, with pre-orders beginning October 10, 2025. The iPhone 17 Pro Max, the premium offering within the lineup, boasts a top-tier configuration with a 2TB storage option priced at approximately IDR 44 million.
The launch event saw the iPhone Air steal the spotlight, distinguished by its remarkably thin 5.6mm profile – the slimmest iPhone ever created. Alongside the Air, the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max showcase a redesigned aluminum rear with an expanded camera module, moving away from the boxy aesthetic of previous generations. Both Pro models feature a triple 48MP Pro Fusion camera system, offering 4x to 8x optical zoom capabilities, and an 18MP front-facing camera.
The iPhone 17 Pro Max is powered by the Apple A19 pro (3nm) chipset, featuring a hexa-core CPU and a 6-core GPU.It includes 12GB of RAM, runs on iOS 26, and features a 6.9-inch LTPO Super Retina XDR OLED display. A robust 4,832 mAh battery provides extended usage.
The rear camera array comprises a 48MP wide lens (f/1.6,sensor-shift OIS),a 48MP periscope telephoto lens (f/2.8, 3D sensor-shift OIS, 4x optical zoom), and a 48MP ultrawide lens (f/2.2, 120°). The front camera delivers 18MP resolution (f/1.9, OIS, PDAF).
The iPhone 17 Series and iPhone Air will be available for purchase in select countries starting September 19, 2025.
