Former governor of West Java Ridwan Kamil (RK) Angry to I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport Officer, Bali After the plane delayed a few hours due to project constraints.

Hearing the request of the RK, the airport officer did not respond and only tried to calm the former governor and other passengers.

“Say, Mr. Ridwan wants to talk, then the answer will come out ‘I don’t want to talk’. Finished. I want to hear [langsung]”said RK again.





Responding to the RK, the airport officer finally explained that his party had coordinated with the airline regarding this flight delay. The airport, he said, handed over passenger affairs to the airline.

This answer makes the passengers protest. Because the aircraft can fly if there is permission from the airport.

In addition, passengers are also angry because they are forced to wait long while airport facilities, such as air conditioning, have been turned off. At that time, the time showed half past three in the morning.

“It’s half past three. AC is also dead,” said a passenger.

“The interests of the customer are indeed in Airlines. We submit passengers to Airlines. So indeed our facilities until 2 o’clock [saja]”replied the officer.

The anger of the passengers then focused on the Super Air Jet representative who stood right next to the airport officer. He was urged to contact his superiors to explain this issue directly to the disadvantaged passengers.

However, just like airport officials, Super Air Jet representatives cannot act much.

“In conclusion, the airport and airlines are not solutive. Because you are not a decision maker, you are just a courier, conveying people’s messages,” said RK.
