Central Atlantic Gas Prices ⁢Climb ⁣for​ Second Week

Trenton, NJ – Drivers in the Central Atlantic region are facing higher prices at the pump, as the average⁤ cost ‌of ⁤regular ⁤gasoline rose to $3.13 per gallon on Monday, according⁣ to ⁢the U.S. Energy Information ‌Administration (EIA). This marks the second consecutive week of increases, ‍up from ‌$3.10 last week.

The Central atlantic region – encompassing Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New ‍York, and Pennsylvania -‍ has seen fuel​ prices fluctuate over the past year. The EIA reports a‍ low ‍of $3.05 per gallon on June 9, 2025, and a high of $3.22 on September 8, 2025. Currently, prices are roughly in line with last‌ year, remaining 0% lower than the ⁣$3.12 average ⁣seen at this time in 2024.

The regional⁤ average of $3.13 is approximately ⁢2.3% higher⁣ than the national average of $3.06 per ⁢gallon recorded last week, which ‌remained essentially unchanged. ‌
