Russell Crowe’s $160k Tiffany Blue Rolex & Surprising TikTok Obsession

Russell Crowe has been showcasing a collection of luxury timepieces on TikTok, revealing a passion for watches that extends beyond a recent courtside appearance at Wimbledon where he sported a highly sought-after Rolex Daytona.

In a series of videos posted to the platform, the Oscar-winning actor detailed his “current rotation for southern hemisphere summer,” highlighting seven watches in his possession. Crowe specifically expressed admiration for a turquoise-dialed Rolex Daytona, stating, “There’s just something about the Tiffany blue that really gets to me. What I love is if you wear this with a suit, whenever it sort of sneaks out from under the suit sleeve, it always draws people’s eye.”

The “Tiffany Daytona,” officially the Rolex Cosmograph Daytona (Ref. 126518LN-0014) with an 18K yellow gold case and black cerachrom bezel, has become a collector’s item since its release in 2025. Online listings currently price the watch starting around $160,000, a significant increase over its $37,400 retail price.

Crowe’s TikTok posts have resonated with fans, with one commenter noting the entertainment value of the actor’s discussion of the watches. Beyond mainstream brands, Crowe as well highlighted Italian microbrand Giuliano Mazzuoli, known for timepieces inspired by rally cars, featuring dials resembling air pressure gauges and gear sticks.

However, the actor revealed that the videos served as a prelude to showcasing an unreleased watch featuring a case constructed from compressed sand collected from the Empty Quarter desert in Saudi Arabia. Details about the watch’s manufacturer or release date remain undisclosed.

Crowe’s interest in horology dates back to his childhood. He recalled collecting football cards at age 11, stating in a previous tweet, “Never had a flash watch as a kid. Certainly made up for it as an adult haha.” In 2018, Crowe auctioned off nearly 30 timepieces as part of his “Art of Divorce” auction, including a Panerai Submersible, several Breitling chronographs, and a yellow gold Rolex Daytona. A Rolex Yacht-Master sold for £12,500 and a Speedmaster fetched nearly triple its estimate, demonstrating his reputation as a discerning collector.

At Wimbledon, Crowe was also seen with his fiancée, actress Britney Theriot, who was wearing a solid gold Rolex Daytona (Ref. 126508-0002) with a solid gold Oyster bracelet and black dial, priced at $48,400.
