Nicokado Avocado, whose real name is Nicholas Perry, shared the video on his TikTok account on Aug. 1, Korean time.he described the jelly as a satisfying snack that helps him maintain his diet without feeling overly hungry. “I don’t really like being hungry, but this jelly gives a feeling of satiety and feels good,” Perry stated in the video.

Perry, previously known for his extreme eating challenges and boasting over 10 million followers across YouTube and TikTok, has been documenting his transformation towards a healthier lifestyle. He weighed 186kg before embarking on his weight loss journey. The popularity of the Korean healthy jelly he utilizes has sparked critically important interest among his fanbase.
