A woman has been found dead in an East Harlem apartment.
Police responded to an emergency call at about 9:45 pm last night about an incident at 435 East 102nd Street.
It was there where The 45-year-old woman was found unconscious and face down in the kitchen, with a stab wound to the chest.
The victim, identified as Lisa Epton, was pronounced dead at the scene.
There have been no arrests so far and an investigation is ongoing.
