Investigators allege Martínez Bristol discharged ⁣a firearm during a dispute with others in the vicinity of Mares. Defense attorney Pedro⁤ Rivera expressed⁢ surprise at ​the lack of attempted murder charges,‍ suggesting potential weaknesses in the prosecution’s case.
