Doha, Qatar – The ITTF Mixed ⁣Team World Cup 2025 is set to commence with 16 teams vying for the title across three stages and a total‍ of 52 matches. India, seeded eighth, will begin its campaign in Group 2‍ alongside Japan, Australia, and Croatia.

The tournament unfolds with Stage 1, featuring a‌ round-robin format where ⁣each of the four groups of four teams will play ‌each other once. The top two teams from each group will advance to stage 2, forming a single pool of eight. Importantly, results from Stage 1 encounters will carry over to Stage‌ 2, meaning teams that‌ have already faced each other won’t play a rematch.
