Forza Horizon 6 Races to japan, Confirmed for 2027
Playground Games and Turn 10 have officially announced Forza Horizon 6, bringing the open-world racing series to Japan. The next installment in the popular franchise will feature a new setting, alongside improvements to career mode and optimization.
While a release on playstation 5 consoles was confirmed,players will need to wait until 2027 to experience Forza Horizon 6 on the platform. Microsoft intends to follow a release pattern similar to indiana Jones and the Great Circle, launching the PlayStation 5 version several months after the PC/Xbox debut.The first gameplay reveal is scheduled for the annual Xbox Developer Direct conference early next year.
The move to Japan marks a significant shift for the Forza Horizon series, known for its diverse and expansive open-world environments. Previous titles have been set in locations like the United States, Italy, and Mexico. Forza Horizon 6 aims to deliver enhanced career mode content and improved performance, building upon the success of Forza Horizon 5.
