NEW YORK – November 13, 2024 – Yorktel and Kinly today announced the prosperous completion of their merger, establishing a new global leader focused on delivering comprehensive workplace experiences.The combined company will operate under the Kinly brand,offering an expanded portfolio of unified communications,video conferencing,and collaboration solutions.
The merger unites Yorktel’s strong presence in the North American market with Kinly’s established footprint across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. This strategic combination aims to address the evolving needs of organizations seeking to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and collaboration in hybrid and remote work environments. The newly formed Kinly will serve a diverse range of industries, including financial services, healthcare, education, and government.
